In case of cancellation, the LLC will provide a full refund for the quantity of money paid.
Payment to the LLC constrains the LLC to provide the housing, food, and other services agreed to at the time of payment.
No guarantees are made as to the individual safety of participants nor to the quality of services provided. All participation in events hosted by the LLC is at the participant’s own risk.
The LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, discomfort, or pain incurred during the gathering, assuming neither its members nor relevant volunteers have been demonstrably negligent in their duties.
The LLC’s primary recourse in the case of complaint is a refund of up to the full price paid by the complainer.
Only those of at least 18 years of age may sleep in housing provided by the LLC. Minors may enter the housing to socialize and dine, in which case the LLC may charge a fee for the food consumed.
Permission to enter the group house may be granted to those not sleeping in the house only by the unanimous consent of those sleeping in the house. Should a conflict arise between an outside guest and those sleeping the house, the outside guest may be asked to leave or prohibited from returning, at the sole discretion of the LLC’s members and relevant volunteers.
In the event of any harassment or assault, the aggressor will be immediately expelled from the gathering without a refund. If the recipient of the aggression agrees that further action is necessary, the aggressor may be prohibited from attending future events, removed from the LLC’s Discord, or reported to local laaw enforcement.
Event participants may consume food, drinks, and other consumables purchased by the LLC will be at the sole discretion of the LLC’s members and relevant volunteers. This restriction is intended, for example, to permit volunteers to restrict access to alcohol to those underage or judged sufficiently intoxicated.
