Working language #
The primary internal working language of the Organization is Toki Pona. The Organization uses English when the vagueness of Toki Pona is a source danger (for example for defining food allergies), to comply with regulations, and to interact with external suppliers.
Mission #
The organ
The Organization holds provides financial infrastructure for gatherings of the speakers of the constructed language Toki Pona in North America. It provides guests at events with housing, dining, and activities.

Profits and payment #
The LLC is not structured as a not-for-profit entity from the perspective of the IRS, due to its size. Nevertheless, the LLC’s mission is not to make profit. Members of the LLC shall not withdraw money from the LLC’s funds for their own use. No labor provided to the LLC by members shall be remunerated.
